We have sold three homes and this was the greatest. First couple that looked at our home wrote a contract. We realized that putting it on the market right before Thanksgiving and Christmas would probably take a little longer. But not so, they looked before Christmas, and said they would write the contract after the first of the year. We got to enjoy the Holidays!

The two best benefits from using your service were: 1) saved $5,000 in commission, and 2) set up appointments for visits when it fit both party's schedules.

My only advice to other people thinking about using the service is to price their house competitively with the surrounding houses and not to overprice your home.
