I was also told by realtors who sell in the Crestwood area that my house would only net $160,000 - $165,000 [actual selling price was $176,000]. Please change our listing to SOLD. The sign was in the yard on a Tuesday, we were on the internet the following Thursday, we had an offer on Sunday and a contract on Tuesday. It is hard to believe but my house was SOLD to the first couple that looked at it "twice".  To be exact, once the house's refurbishing was finished, I WAS CLOSED ON THE SALE IN 45 DAYS.  Actual contract came in the first two weeks and closed at the end of the month.
