I will not lie that I was nervous but was reassured all the way. We put the signs in the yard and went to the beach. The day after we came home (7 days later) the house sold!!

The lawyer’s office that you provide is great as I had to call them several times and they never seemed to mind. We needed to close in 10 days for the new buyers and they came through. We closed last Friday and it was the most pleasant closing I have ever been to.

There is nothing worse than finding a home on line that is listed with a realtor and having to give your life story just to view the details of the home. Your web site eliminates this frustration. I would always recommend using your web site to sell a home. I sold this home to a couple being relocated from Pennsylvania. They had a realtor that brought them to me, but they had seen the house on the web site as well. I do have to tell you that agents were contacting us 24/7 on trying to list our home with them and I have to tell you, we just "hung in there" because we knew what a great website you guys had.  People would even call and make comments on how beautiful our home was and how great the pictures looked.  We stuck it out until someone serious enough made us an offer.  Also, within 24 hours after our first offer, another offer came in, but they had a contingency and we knew we had to take the non-contingency offer.  We have sold 2 of the 3 homes by owner and it works without agents.  Keep up the good work and thank you, thank you so much!!!

Amanda was very efficient, helpful, and friendly. Anytime we asked her to change something on our site, she did so immediately.

We priced our house to sell and received a full price offer.  We would encourage people to know the value of their home and set their price accordingly. Do not get discouraged if people give an unreasonable offer. Know your bottom line and stick to it.

Our buyer saw our website from her home in Oregon and sent her mother who lives in Birmingham to our open house. We handled everything through our email on the site.

The first offer on our house was from a couple from out of state. They were working with a realtor and without seeing the house in person they had the realtor contact us and evaluate the house. The realtor made us an offer on their behalf and a contract was written. The contract was written on August 20th. The couple came down on Sept. 23 to see the house. When asked why our house without seeing it first they said that the pictures sold them. Of course they were unable to sell their house so we listed again as available. We had immediate response as soon as you moved the "under contract" from the site. The Web site was the reason the house sold. In fact, the buyers told us that the pictures were so appealing on the Web site that they considered the house even though they did not initially want to live off Highway 280 and probably would not have visited the house if it were only available via a realtor listing or newspaper listing.

There was no realtor involved in the process, and we didn't need one. The process went great without one! I feel that we were able to negotiate a little more on the price since there was no commission to consider, and that benefited both parties!

We were very pleased with the service. The Web site truly makes all the difference. The sign in the yard alone was not enough for us - we really needed those beautiful Web site pictures to entice buyers, and it worked!
