This is the second home I have sold with

a month of the listing. I believe the ease of using and
getting to the marketing information on your web site
has contributed to selling both of my homes. There is
nothing worse than finding a home on line that is listed
with a realtor and having to give your life story just
to view the details of the home. Your web site
eliminates this frustration. I would always recommend
using your web site to sell a home. I sold this home to
a couple being relocated from Pennsylvania. They had a
realtor that brought them to me, but they had seen the

I do have to tell you that agents
were contacting us 24/7 on trying to list our home
with them and I have to tell you, we just "hung in
there" because we knew what a great website you guys
had. People would even call and make comments
on how beautiful our home was and how great the
pictures looked. We stuck it out until someone
serious enough made us an offer. Also, within
24 hours after our first offer, another offer came
in, but they had a contingency and we knew we had to

We would encourage people to know the value of their home and set their price accordingly. Do not get discouraged if people give an unreasonable offer. Know your bottom line and stick to it. I am pleased to tell you that we had a tremendous amount of
interest in the home from the very first week. Within a
matter of days, we had a fellow that had only driven past it
and seen the pictures on the internet who was extremely
interested. Within 10 days of it being on the market, we had
a offer/contract for $160,000. Everything has gone really
well so far and we are set to close on the 28th of Feb. We

The first offer on our house was from a couple from out of
state. They were working with a realtor and without seeing
the house in person they had the realtor contact us and
evaluate the house. The realtor made us an offer on their
behalf and a contract was written. The contract was written
on August 20th. The couple came down on Sept. 23 to see the
house. When asked why our house without seeing it first they
said that the pictures sold them. Of course they were unable
to sell their house so we listed again as available. We had
immediate response as soon as you moved the "under contract"
from the site. The couple that is buying the house is local
and they said that they had been watching it on the site for
weeks and the day that it was put back on the market is when
they called that evening.

The Web site was the reason the house sold. In fact, the
buyers told us that the pictures were so appealing on the
Web site that they considered the house even though they did
not initially want to live off Highway 280 and probably
would not have visited the house if it were only available
via a realtor listing or newspaper listing.
There was no realtor involved in the process, and we didn't need one. The process went great without one! I feel that we were able to negotiate a little more on the price since there was no commission to consider, and that benefited both parties! We were very pleased with the service. of our house and our listing on the website. There were well
over 2000 hits on our page, with several hundred coming the
first week. Most listing services with real estate agents
have less than 10 photos, with questionable quality. We had
the benefit of over 20 professional quality photos for
potential buyers to review.
