We listed with your service and had a contract in three
weeks. We closed a few weeks later. The buyers
didn't spend a lot of time looking at the house when
they first visited and we thought that they were not
interested. But they got such a good look at the
house thru your site that their visit was just to
confirm what they had already seen.
I have viewed many pictures of homes looking for a
house in our new location and I can tell you with
certainty that the photographs that you take are far
better than 99% of what can be found on "professional"
real estate sites.
The Kreps law firm was very helpful in contract

I first found this home on ForSale-ByOwner.com
approximately six years ago and decided to purchase it.
Based on my previous experience, my wife and I decided
to use ForSale-ByOwner.com when we decided to sell the
house this year. I am pleased to say that the
buyers saw the home on the site and we had a contract in
less than one month. We would recommend your site
to anyone trying to sell their home "by owner" and would
encourage them
to take advantage of the resources your company provides
such as the complimentary legal advice to keep "peace of
mind" during the contract negotiation process. The
overall value we received was much greater than the
price we paid for your services.
We used your recommended closing attorney, Joseph Kreps.
For us, this was one of the best features of your
service. We do not claim to be very educated about
real-estate and especially about the legal wording in
contracts. I must admit, without the help of Mr.
Kreps and his staff, I would not have had the peace of
mind that I enjoyed during the negotiation
and closing process. While the price negotiation
"is what it is," much of the legal wording in the
real-estate contract was foreign to me. Before
signing the contract, I had Mr. Kreps review it in full
(at his suggestion). Not only was his service
complimentary, but he also provided some very helpful
suggestions about wording that should be changed.
I incorporated
all of his recommendations in the final contract and
avoided the potential problems that could have occurred
if I had not received his counsel. On top of that, his
company is one of the most responsive organizations I
have ever worked with. Calls were always returned
promptly and everyone at the firm went out of their way
to be helpful. In short, Kreps is one of the few
businesses that has many clients, but treated my wife
and me as if we were their only one.
Thank you very much for helping us sell our home so
quickly. You have a lot of fans and we are
included in that group!
