Now that I have unpacked the computer, I wanted to thank you for all your help and advice. You have been very professional since the beginning of the process.

I was recommended to you by a friend and I’m glad I was! I had the misfortune of putting the house on the market on the Friday of the first major stock market crash of the year (2002). Traffic was slow at first, but then it picked up. I think the two factors were the stock market crash and Me. I did not read the book very well that you provided (I skimmed through it). I cannot stress enough the fact that anyone in this process needs an appraisal right away! That made ALL the difference! If I would have done a better job of reading the book, I would have saved four weeks of lack-luster results from too high of a price.
