We showed the house to many people who had seen it on the site. The most prevalent comment was that it looked just like the pictures. Ironically, however, the couple that we sold to did not see it on the internet (they don't surf!), but just found it driving by!

One bit of advice that I believe about FSBO: It is true that you can save lots of money by selling your house yourself, but you should not use all of the savings to get more out of the sale. The beauty of FSBO is that you can offer your home at a lower price, making it more attractive. Also, as I have heard many times, it was very helpful to us to have an appraisal in hand when we were showing the house. This made potential buyers very comfortable with the price that we were asking.
We certainly will use your service again in the future and are recommending you at every chance.
