The day you put my home up on the web, before I even had my sign out,  I had four calls and three showings the first two days.  I didn't even put my sign out for the first four weeks after it was listed.  

I did have two offers of which were not even in the ball park (bad advice from a realtor) $15,000 from the listing price and $33,000 from what it just appraised for in Nov.  With the exception of a few they all said they saw it on the internet. They also said that the pictures were great.
